First impression, like the atmosphere, music, decor. Looking over lunch and dinner menu, it is a little pricey especially for an order at the counter place. We chose seats outside under the artificial trees with fairy lights. There is a clear wind break that allows views of tropical plants. Shortly after ordering they brought out our meals. I had the Ahi Burger on a Taro bun. I liked the flavor, however it needed a just alittle more pronounced flavor. I think the inside of bun needed a toasting so the juices from the ahi didn't soak into bun as much. The greens were good on the side. My husband order the BLT, it was large and he could not finish it. Unfortunately could not take it with us, since we were not going home at that time. We liked are meals just felt for lunch choices it was on the expensive side. Will probably come back to try the wine bar, cheese and fruit tray with friends in the future.
Atmosphere/experience Service Speed/Pacing of courses Food quality/quantity Price Great atmosphere, huge place with a patio and lots of indoor space. Modern, clean, and nice. Service is ok. Food for my husband and I came out at very different times and no one came back to check on us,, but everyone was friendly. The food quality is great, you can tell they put time into sourcing their stuff. It is a bit pricy, but if you are trying to impress a lunch date, you can't miss. They have a huge menu that almost everyone can find something that they like, even your vegan and gluten free friends!!
The atmosphere of this place is amazing. You order at the counter, they give you a number, and bring everything to you. My go to order here is their açaí bowls. The açaí bowl here is probably my favorite on island. The reason is the portions. The ratio between açaí, granola, and fruit is perfect. The açaí itself is refreshing and not served hard/frozen like other places. I also get the iced mocha latte. Note: it is strong and leaves a bit of a chalky taste in your mouth. The service is fast and everyone is seat. There are no outlets there in case you wanna study.
I've loved that they moved to this new location and expanded their menu. This place is always busy but the service and food is exceptional. The one thing that is a negative is finding parking but once you do you won't regret it! Come check it out the restaurant decor is nice and the ambience is unforgettable.
Km glad we stumbled upon this place. So the funny thing is this place is located in Kapolei Commons area and within this area parking lot has several other businesses. We originally was going to eat at Denny's which is in the same parking lot, but due to parking we parked in front of IVC. Well my husband was like "what don they serve in there?" I was like ummm "coffee and acai bowls" HAHA He than tells me (as Im sitting in the backseat with the baby so I cant see) people are sitting down and eating. So I tell him to go look, LOL. While he was in there, I yelped this place and low and behold, heller they serve food too, haha. I deal with this business for my job and I never knew they actually serve food, gosh so horrible of me (facepalm). Anyways, you seat yourself and order food from the counter, than they'll give u a number for your table. The place was a little crowded, but not sure how it is during the week and today is a Saturday. Even tho the line seemed long, our food came out quickly and our food runner was awesome too. Ive been horrible at jotting or remembering peoples names since the newborn came, my apologies, LOL. I ordered the Wagyu Mushroom burger with fries and salad. Let me just say, the burger was delicious! The bun was nice and soft and the meat cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the B.A.L.T Panini sandwich and that was so delicious as well. As people's orders were coming out, my husband wanted the loco moco, LOL. He asked the runner for advice and he told my husband to try the roast beef loco moco. Well let me just say, it was gooooood. We have both our sandwich and burger. Their fries were amazing and crispy, their garden salad with balsamic oil was yummy. If your in the area and never tried this place, you wont be disappointed. Its a little pricey but I feel the price of the burger was worth it..
Excellent! It is pricey, but the portion size is definitely worth it. Service was great! All of the food was tasty. I loved the open patio with the trees and the fly fans were an awesome added touch. We will definitely be back!
Food was quite good. Servings were generous. Customer service was friendly and quick when delivery food. My waitress wad Ari and she was phenomenonal.
I've been coming here more times than I can recall, which goes to show why I gave this place a 5-star. They're consistent with their drinks and food, which customers like me, appreciate and enjoy. I'm glad I got to try their night specials because they were delicious and flavorful. The portobello fries were straight out the fryer hot with 3 different dipping sauces and the spaghetti alle vongole was straight out the pan hot-- couldn't get any fresher and more delicious than that. The garlic breads were delicious as well. I hope they keep their pasta dishes around because they're really good! Customer service was great, which is one of the main reasons why I enjoy coming to this place. The cashier (I think Ari was her name) and staff were knowledgeable and kind to us and even took the time to have a conversation. Not to mention, the ambiance of the place is great. 10/10 recommend!
Came back to try the shave ice! We got the pink island with frozen yogurt in the middle instead of ice cream. It was amazing! The ice was super soft with the syrups being on the thicker side. The shave ice was more reminiscent of bingsoo than shave ice which is a plus in my book! They also don't skimp on the syrup so it was definitely on the sweeter side but not obnoxiously sweet. Highly recommend getting frozen yogurt instead of ice cream as the tartness will balance out the sweet syrups! Now that they're open later, we will definitely be frequenting often!
